Splendicious Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
Excellent!! Delicious!! Superb!! I used chardonnay b/c I didn't have red wine, bell pepper and zucchini instead of mushrooms, capers instead of olives, and chicken sausage instead of Italian b/c that's what I had on hand. I'm not recommending changing things, but this recipe can definitely be adjusted easily to accommodate your preferences or the ingredients you have in the fridge! The recipe is fabulous and I will definitely be using it again.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
Best Chocolate Chip cookies I have ever made. I did add 1 tsp. of salt b/c I like them better that way and another tsp of vanilla. It's basically just like the cookie recipe I always use except it replaces 1/2 c. of the white sugar with the vanilla pudding which helps them keep their shape better and keeps them moist and chewy. I got rave reviews at the party I took them to!! I definitely won't be making any other ch. chip cookies but this one from now on!

Chocolate Mint Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
A big hit around our house. I did use a box of brownie mix and mint flavoring rather than creme de menthe. The result was wonderful.
