So, I had never cooked fish before (weird I know). However, I had my grandfather and a few family members over for dinner and fish is my grandfathers favorite, so I decided to make it happen.
This recipe was so easy to make it was almost foolproof. I used shredded parmesan and added some salt and pepper to the bread crumb mixture. I also squeezed on some fresh lemon after the milk but before dipping in the crumbs.
It was such a hit there were no leftovers, even my one year old devored it. Thanks for the recipe.
