Baked Haddock
So, I had never cooked fish before (weird I know). However, I had my grandfather and a few family members over for dinner and fish is my grandfathers favorite, so I decided to make it happen. This recipe was so easy to make it was almost foolproof. I used shredded parmesan and added some salt and pepper to the bread crumb mixture. I also squeezed on some fresh lemon after the milk but before dipping in the crumbs. It was such a hit there were no leftovers, even my one year old devored it. Thanks for the recipe.

Old-Fashioned Potato Soup
I love this recipe. I have made it many times. The only advice that I can offer is if using dried thyme make sure you us the exact measurement don't just guess, if you use too much it will make the soup taste strange, I often use fresh thyme with great success. I like to add more carrots than the soup calls for to add color. Great recipe, definately helps warm up a cold winter night.

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I
This recipe was good. I omitted the pimentos and used a green pepper instead. I also used one can of cream of mushroom and one can of cream of chicken as suggested as others suggested and used chicken broth intead of the wine. I liked that it was a quick recipe that could be made ahead of time and then popped into the oven when it was time to eat. I will make this again.
