Emily's Famous Hash Browns
I like them a tad crispier, so I add 1/2 tsp of baking powder. The towel you squeeze them in will never come clean if you don't rinse it thoroughly immediately. I use a salad spinner to dry mine.

Irish Eggs
This is great! you can use breakfast sausage or italian sausage, crumbled; diced fine ham, top it with hollandaise and cheese and it is out of this world

Mustard Butter
this is one wonderful sauce! I roasted a bunch of vegetables (carrots, onions, broccoli,sweet peppers, tomatoes and then tossed them with the sauce served with ham, outstanding. Thanks AuLait
