I thought that this recipe would have been good with as many reviews as it got. But mine didn't turn out very well. I cooked a 4lb chicken on low for an hour then on high for about 6 hours. It was cooked too long and literally falling apart. Even though I added broth and foil, the chicken was dry with a weird dry texture. I seasoned mine with salt, pepper and some all purpose seasoning but it wasn't quite enough flavor.

This is the absolute best recipe! I made it for my mom's group once and ever since they have begged me to make it again and again! Very easy! Very yummy!

Enchilada Casserole III

This is a great recipe! I used enchilada sauce instead of the powdered. I also added corn in the layers. Yummy!

Waikiki Meatballs

I took these to a party and everyone loved them!!! I used frozen, pre-cooked meatballs and they turned out great! I just made the sauce then mixed it in with the meatballs.

Best Ever Pie Crust

This was a great tasting and easy crust to make. I didn't have enough shortening, so I used butter to make up for what I didn't have. And it turned out great!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was excellent! My husband loved it. Whenever I ask him if he likes something, his standard answer is "It's alright". He said "It's good". So that means he really like it! I will definately make this again.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Bars

These bars were just okay. Maybe because I did something wrong, but they weren't melt in your mouth good. I even made them twice to see if I did something wrong. As far as I can tell, I followed the directions to a 'T'. It was also hard to spread the cream cheese filling on top of the peanut butter chips.

Cottage Meatloaf

This recipe is great! The only problem I had was that it took over an hour to cook not 35 - 45 minutes like the recipes says. Besides that it is great!
