so gooood! i used boneless chicken tenders and drummettes. they had a great flavor. even my kids ate them w/o the hot sauce of course. they still tasted good when they were cold. thanks for the recipe. will definately make again!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

these are so good and very easy to make. my family loved them. thanks for the recipe. i've already made this exact recipe several times. we've made them w/blueberries, strawberries and once with bananas and walnuts. it is a large batter. so i usually save half in the refrigerator for the next day.

Tofu Chocolate Pudding

Remember you are using tofu so it is going to have that tofu taste. You can't expect it to taste like real chocolate pudding. But it's still really good. My kids and husband really liked it. Tip: If you use soft tofu you get a smoother texture and if you chill it overnight it has a better taste.
