This was delicious, so easy, and the boyfriend loved it. If you don't like spice, just use a pinch of the red chili peppers. The 1/2 teaspoon is pretty spicy, but it meshes with the dish well.
No need to use cornstarch if you don't have it - just sprinkle in a 1/2 tsp of flour after pouring the sauce in the pan - just to thicken it up a little bit.
Prep time is practically nothing, and the cooking time is only 10 minutes. Perfect, easy, fast, delicious.
Goes well over a bed of couscous and with some steamed broccoli.
