Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This was a very good recipe! I felt the seasonings were too light for my taste. I seasoned the chicken before dredging in the flour along with additional seasonings in the flour. I also added fresh chopped garlic to the sauce along with a squeeze of fresh lemon. I did cook them on the stove top as I felt the oven would melt the cheese too quickly and it would run out of the roll. I also used kitchen twine to secure the roll instead if tooth picks.

Classic Restaurant Caesar Salad

Buttermilk Pancakes II

This was the pancake recipe I lost and was so happy to find it again. The only thing I do is use Kefir instead of buttermilk but these are the fluffiest pancakes you will ever make...assuming you DO NOT over mix them!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Great banana bread base. Very moist and dense. I did make some changes so that's why the 3 stars. Used crisco + 1 tablespoon water, mashed the bananas, creamed the crisco (did not melt it) and sugar first with a mixer, added mini chocolate chips. I'm not sure this is the best but it's a great start. But to be fair I did change the recipe a bit.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

This was so easy and very good. I did decrease the salt by 1/2 as others suggested. But overall it came out perfectly. My husband loved it! Thank you! Second time I used italian seasoning along with Rosemary, doubled the garlic and used panko instead of bread crumbs. Awesome
