These meat balls turned out really delicious. I added extra 1/2tsp parsley, 1 chopped onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1tsp salt and some pepper. They turned out very flavorful and moist! I was leary about adding them to the sauce w/o cooking first- but they tunred out perfect after about 30min to 1hr of simmering.
