Healthy Garden Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
This is my go-to salad for potlucks. There is never any leftovers! I make it as-is, no substitutions because it turns out perfectly every time.

Quick Cassoulet

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2011
This is a great recipe! The only substitution I made was using herbs de provence instead of just dried thyme. We made it while camping and let it simmer slowly while we hiked. It turned out perfectly!

Broccoli Beef I

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2010
Made this almost exactly as is (I used some leftover chuck roast I made the night before that got a bit dry and added fresh ground pepper) and it is delicious! It's super easy to make and so tasty!

Hash Brown Casserole II

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
I made this almost exactly as is, except I put it in the crockpot on low for 4 hours and used half cheddar & half sharp cheddar cheese. I also left off the corn flake mixture. My father-in-law said these were the best potatoes he's ever had!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
I unintentionally left out the butter and it still tasted really good. Next time I'll add the butter!

Dijon-Style Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
This wasn't bad at all. I'm not a huge fan of artichoke (marinated or otherwise) but this was pretty good. I served it with carrot sticks & celery sticks. I bet this would be good on crackers too!

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2006
I substituted unsweetened applesauce for the oil (1 cup applesauce) and they turned out great! I made 5 mini loaves & 1 larger one.

Vegan Lasagna I

Reviewed: May 24, 2001
This recipe was way too dry. If I try it another time, I would put more tomatoes and a little olive oil in it.
