Delsuita's Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2012
It was very good. I would marinate it longer next time. I also added 2 tbsp of cayenne pepper and a 1 tbsp of brown sugar. Our family loves spicy foods. Overall it was good.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
The only thing that I did different was add cream cheese to the ricotta and egg mixture. I used more cream cheese and perhaps 1/3 of the ricotta that this recipe called for. It was really good.

Ultimate All in One Chicken Dinner

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2008
I wouldn't call it the ultimate, but I do appreicate the recipe. I made a few adjustments after reading the reviews and it came out perfect for me. I chopped the chicken and brown and I also sauteed the vegetables and took it off the heat. I brought my potatoes to a boil in beef broth(the recommended amount). When it started to boil, I added all the seasonings and let it boil for 10 minutes uncovered). Then I added the chicken and the veggies stirred, brought to a boil, then covered and simmered for 20 minutes. This should work. It was like stew instead of watery. Since the liquid had a chance to evaporate when boiling the potatoes. I hope that this helps.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I used rum extract and used 2 teaspoon of water for every teaspoon of the extract as someone else suggested.

This is definitley noit jerk chicken. However, the mixture gave the chicken a really good taste. I only marinated for 20 minutes and it was still good. Thanks for the recipe, my whole family enjoyed it.

The recipe was easy to follow. Since I'm not that great of a cook, I can appreciate the simplicity.
