World's Best Lasagna

This is the best lasagna I've ever made. Love it! I've made it multiple times especially for company and I'm always asked to share the recipe. I always have enough sauce leftover for 2 servings over spagetti on another day. This all freezes well too!

This was really good. My husband was skeptical, but he said we should definitely make it again. I followed to recipe exactly except I used plain feta because it was a quarter of the price.

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

Did not have enough flavor. If I make it again I'll be doing some serious revamping and I'm not sure I like the vinegar in there at all, it detracts too much from the lime.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

The cream sauce was really plain. I would try what someone recommended and deglaze the pan with white wine to add some flavor. I did follow another recommendation and coat the chicken in flour before sauteing. This gave it a nice brown look and some added flavor. I probably won't make this again.

Shepherd's Pie VI

We really enjoyed this recipe. We followed it exactly only we added the 2 T of ketchup and some worchestershire sauce as recommended and I'm glad we did it definitely added enough flavor. This was very easy too and didn't take much time at all.

Dijon-Herb Pork Roast

We loved the flavor of the meat and the sauce. It is a nice dish to give pork a different flavor. Where I live it can sometimes be hard to get the exact cuts of meat and so I ended up having to use a pork tenderloin. I also had to use dry herbs. I cut slits in the tenderloin and put in the herbs then I put it in the oven while I made the sauce. As soon as the sauce was ready I poured it and the bread crumbs over the meat and put it back in the oven. It was done in about an hour, but use a meat thermometer so you can be sure. Thanks for the great recipe.

We loved it!! I was nervous after reading the review from above, but we thought is was great and we would definitely make it again. I would follow the advice of a previous reviewer and add the wine in the beginning to allow it to cook off some of the alcohol flavor and to thicken it up a bit. If you like wine sauces, you'll like this!

Beef Taco Skillet

I loved this. It was so easy to make. I was nervous about putting the tortillas in there after reading some of the reviews about them sticking together, but I'm so glad I did it anyway. It was delicious. If you don't add the tortillas the sauce will be too runny. I added a little bit of taco seasoning to give it more flavor and next time I will add more and I will put onions in with the meat. It was so good!
