World's Best Lasagna

This is the best lasagna I've ever made. Love it! I've made it multiple times especially for company and I'm always asked to share the recipe. I always have enough sauce leftover for 2 servings over spagetti on another day. This all freezes well too!

Spinach Artichoke Lasagna

This was really good. My husband was skeptical, but he said we should definitely make it again. I followed to recipe exactly except I used plain feta because it was a quarter of the price.

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

Did not have enough flavor. If I make it again I'll be doing some serious revamping and I'm not sure I like the vinegar in there at all, it detracts too much from the lime.

We really liked this. The chicken was moist and tender and the vegetables were great too. While it's good and I'll probably make it again, I didn't think it was anything special.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

The cream sauce was really plain. I would try what someone recommended and deglaze the pan with white wine to add some flavor. I did follow another recommendation and coat the chicken in flour before sauteing. This gave it a nice brown look and some added flavor. I probably won't make this again.
