Quick Clam Chowder

Perfect for a fast easy meal. I added 1 can of whole new potatos cut in chunks and a 10oz can of whole baby clams with the juice. Deelish.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

The flavors are good and it is easy to make. Needs more liquid halfway through cooking and add cheese slowly to avoid a gooey clump.

Very tasty, easy to make. It doesn't produce alot of broth and I even added an extra can. I did add orzo pasta so that could account for less broth. I didn't have carrots on hand and I used a package of frozen spinach at the end. Overall the flavors are nice. Will make with turkey italian sausage next time.Delicioso!

So great for a no bake recipe. It tastes so amazing and creamy and it can be modified into a lower fat dessert as well. Love it!

Chicken Enchilada Dip

Everyone asks for this recipe! It's a sure hit. I add sour cream because it gives a creamier flavor. Love it! One hint try to keep it warm either in a chafing dish or a crock pot. It has to stay warm to look appetizing.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

This recipe is a hit! My pregnant friend can't get enough of it! I added cucumbers to the salad and sour cream to the dressing. Make sure that you add the bacon before you serve so it retains it's crunchiness. Other than that it's a keeper!
