Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Very tasty...I boiled the ham bone used that instead of the water, used 1 cup milk and 1 cup heavy cream added lots of different seasonings plus added corn. This is a keeper my 7 year old loved it.

Pesto Cream Sauce

This was great I did change it alittle. I added 1 cup heavy cream & 1 cup chicken broth instead of milk. I also seasoned with various spices to taste and added italian cheese blend. Served over noodles with Bruchetta Chicken...yummy

Easy Fried Eggplant

Yummy! My kids even loved these. I cut them like french fries, dipped in italian breadcrumbs with grated parmesan cheese, cooked them in EVOO while they were coolin I sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Blue Cheese, Bacon and Chive Stuffed Pork Chops

Lots of flavor. I didn't add the bacon I used finely chopped broccoli & sea salt. And I seared them with butter before adding filling. Will make again.

Baby Back Ribs

Bourbon-Glazed Ham

I made this for our Easter dinner ham which was 12lbs with bone in so I just doubled recipe. I used Candian Club since I didn't have Bourbon but it turned out wonderful very moist and tasty.

Artichoke Bruschetta

This recipe was a hit at my dinner party. I made a few adjustments...added some garlic, chopped up some tomatoes, chopped some fresh spinach, hand full of fiesta blend kraft cheese, italian seasonings, salt & pepper. I did have a little left over so for dinner the next day I made chicken and topped it with this. Yummy!

This is very taste, I used the leftover roast from the night cut the time in half and added 1/3 cup of heavy cream. Yummy will make again.

Phyllo Turnovers with Shrimp and Ricotta Filling

I made these for a christmas party they were a hit although they could have used more flavoring. They are very time consuming and its really hard to work with the phyllo. I will make them again but will use cresent rolls to fill instead.

Brandy Flamed Peppercorn Steak

This was so good and taste. Although I couldn't get the steak to flame up but that didn't affect the recipe at all. Next time I'll add mushrooms and let them soak in the sauce to absorb the flavors. Thanks so much for sharing.
