Cream Cheese Snowball Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
I did everything as described & they flattened then started falling apart. I guess I should have read other reviews before hand & put in fridge for 15 mins before cooking and cook longer. I would also add walnuts to dough seemed like there was to much shortening would add alittle more flour.

Yummy I made a couple of changes I added 1/2 cup of milk along with 1/2 c water, mushrooms, onions, creole seasoning, couple dashes of worcestirshire sauce, cooked on low for 7 hours then added a cup of heavy cream for additional 1/2 hour & some blue cheese crumbles, shredded meat. Very tasty! Served over bow tie pasta & mashed potatoes.

Lobster Mornay Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
It was VERY thick..I think 1/8 cup of flour would have been fine. I even kept on adding heavy cream to thin it out & was still told it was good but to thick. Otherwise it was tasty.

Raspberry Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
This was the best banana bread I've ever had! I added a nice crispy topping by reserving some of the walnuts, melting a tablespoon of butter add it to the walnuts along with some cinnamon & brown sugar add it to the top before baking & you have a nice sweet crispy topping.
