Yia Yia's Tzatziki Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2015
I cut the recipe in half and made it as listed. It was very good. I think next time I might add some lemon juice as others have recommended.

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2015
This was amazing! I had to cut it in half because I only had 1 cup of cooked chicken and 1 pkg. of crescent rolls. I used the leftover breast of the deli rotisserie chicken and leftover broccoli. I skipped the almonds because the kids don't like them. The only other thing I did was I omitted the egg white because I forgot to put it on. It worked perfectly! We will definitely be making this again.

Quick Chicken Pot Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2014
This was a great recipe. Instead of using peas and carrots, I threw in frozen mixed veggies. It was wonderful. The family can't wait for me to make this again. Also used others' tips and used Grands biscuits on top. I'm sure it would be great with leftover turkey too!

All-Day Apple Butter

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2014
Wow! This was so incredibly easy to make and reminds me of the apple butter my grandma made when I was a kid. My family LOVES it. I filled the crock pot with a mixture of apples we had picked that ended up beat up or bruised. I followed others suggestions and cut back the sugar. I used 2 cups white sugar and 1 cup brown. It is fabulous and the house smells divine!

Not so Sloppy Joe Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2014
We have been making this for years with one small change..use CRESCENT ROLLS instead of biscuits. The flavor is wonderful and it doesn't stick. Unroll one pkg of crescents into the bottom of your 9x13 pan and bake for 10 min. Remove from oven and add the meat mixture and cheese. Top with the other crescent roll and bake. It's my family's favorite!

This was wonderful. We served it at a family party and kids and grownups all seemed to love it. Even the leftovers (very little) were a hit.

We didn't care for the flavor. The loose leaves tasted bitter.

This was a very basic but tasty recipe. I scaled it back to 2. servings. I made it as a side dish for our family of 4 and still had about 1/2 left.

This was so easy to make and was delicious. The only change I made was I added 1/2 tsp. garlic powder before serving to give it a little extra flavor. It was a hit and is very WW friendly!
