Frozen Chocolate Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
I did a heaping 1/3 cup of cocoa, added some salt, and did 4 oz. cream cheese. I REALLY liked it. If you're planning on a fancy decadent dessert you will probably be disappointed, but for quick easy and a nice treat?? It was completely satisfying and enjoyable! I don't know if my changes made that much of a difference or not, but I was very pleased. ** I enjoyed the pie more when it was less than frozen (had been sitting out for a while, but not room temp.) Would serve out of the fridge next time instead of right out of the freezer. Thanks for an EASY and quite enjoyable dessert.

Superfast Asparagus

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
my stars are more for the process of cooking than the spices because I didn't have "cajun" seasoning. The asparagus was perfectly tender without being mushy or anything. So easy. I topped with salt and parm. cheese.

Thai-Style Peanut Sauce with Honey

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
This recipe was a great start to something wonderfu.l As it claims it is only peanut sauce but make sure you add some yumminess with veggies, cilantro, chicken, etc. Whatever you like.

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
I absolutely, completely loved this recipe. I had a hard time getting the glaze to thicken (I did use cheaper orange juice and substituted dilluted apple cider vinegar for the dry white wine) so I just added some corn syrup after removing chicken at the end. Everything ended up delicious, served over rice and the rice/glaze combination was wonderful!!! Will cook again!

Shrimp and Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
Loved it very much, tasted exciting and exotic, but so easy to make right out of my kitchen w/o running to store. I would make more sauce next time and I omitted the shrimp for personal preference.
