I had a traditional upbringing in an era when opportunities for women were somewhat limited, and work outside the home was generally a part-time affair. Eventually, I leftt my New York hometown after recieving a degree in Marketing.
My favorite things to cook
My family came from Italy, so everything I learned had something Italian based included in each recipe. Italian Sausage with onions and peppers is always a favorite.
My cooking triumphs
After I received my Marketing degree, I helped my husband establish a franchising called Dominic's of New York®. With my cooking abilities, we soon spread our Italian Recipes along the East Coast.
My cooking tragedies
I found out the hard way I was allergic to cheese. It's quite a pity, but something to overcome when you're cooking for the masses. I include cheese anyway.
