Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These were absolutely wonderful. I heated the oven @375 & cooked for 10 min. Very chewy & delicious. Thanks Beth for the recipe.

I was skeptical about this recipe, but oh was it delicious! I didn't have any lime so I substituted lemon juice & it turned out wonderful. I served "Chicken-Flavored Rice Mix" from this site & Broccoli. Wonderful Meal!

Chicken-Flavored Rice Mix

This was a good replacement for Rice-A-Roni. I went by the recipe except I added a little salt & garlic (personal preference). I made this to go with "Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken" & served Broccoli. It was a HIT! Will definetly be making this one again.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Chocolate Oil Cake

This was a very simple, moist & delicious cake. I did make one change, just to cut down on the calories & fat. Instead of 1 c. oil, I used 1/2 c. applesauce & 1/2 c. oil. Thanks for the recipe! I will be making this one again....

Chicken Scampi II

This recipe was VERY Good. My husband loved it & he is very picky. I did cut the butter & oil in half & added 1/2 cup broth. I fixed broccoli & rice a roni to go with it. I will definetely be fixing this one again....

MMMMM... Brownies

These brownies were so rich & moist. I made them just as the recipe said. Although; it is cheaper to just by the brownies in the box (Pillsbury, etc...), they taste almost the same. Great recipe if you want homemade.

Amish Macaroni Salad

Cream Cheese and Ham Spread

I used this recipe for pinwheels. I used chive & onion cream cheese & 1/4 c. sour cream, added some shredded cheese & it was GREAT!! Big hit for any party.....

Pumpkin Roll Cake

I made a pumpkin roll years ago & it was a disaster..I have been afraid to even try making one since then..I ran across this recipe & decided to conquer my fears! I am so glad I did, because it turned out perfect! It was devoured within a couple of hours. Thanks so much for this recipe. I will definetly be making this again............

Cinnamon Bread Delight

This bread was wonderful. It made 3 loafs & was gone the next day. I took one loaf to my Dad & wanted more by that afternoon. I did make a few changes. I used 1/4 c. oil & 1/4 c. cinn. applesauce plus the applesauce that it calls for & I added vinegar to the milk to make buttermilk. It turned out so moist. I also added nuts. Thanks for the recipe.
