Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

this was HORRIBLE because it was beyond dry. Such a waste of money and time. I think it needs something (water, broth, wine, LIQUID) during the crockpot stage.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

This was simple delicious!! Followed the recipe to a 't' (although I may have added more rosemary as it is hard to measure!) and my whole family loved it!! The chicken was tender and flavorful! Thank you - it is a keeper!!

Turkey Pot Pie II

very tasty!! Added fresh herbs (sage, rosemary & thyme) since I had them leftover from Thanksgiving. Didn't make a crust (I can't!) and used crescent roll dough instead. Very tasty - even my husband ate it and he doesn't like turkey!! Made 2 casseroles from it - the other one is in the freezer and I layered the bottom of the dish with leftover mashed potatoes so I will let you know how it turns out!

Lance's French Onion Soup

This is so yummy!! And so incredibly easy to make!! The only thing I added was some garlic because everything, in my humble opinion, tastes better with garlic! Oh and I think I let the onions cook a bit longer than the translucent stage - some had a touch of carmelized color but I think that just adds to the overall flavor!! Thanks Lance!

Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushroom Wine Sauce

This was a good starting point but I did take a PP suggestion and eliminated the seasonings and opted to use Lipton Onion Soup Mix instead and I added 2 large garlic cloves minced into the soup mixture. I also sliced up fresh mushrooms and added those to the bottom of the crockpot with a splash more of wine and some dots of butter. Oh and I didn't have Cream of Mushroom soup on hand but I did have a Chicken Dijon on hand so we used that. The chicken was so tender and the sauce was nummers!! This is a keeper!

Taco Pie

Very easy to make and quite yummy. I took the advice of a pp and mixed the sour cream in with the taco meat and then baked it. Also added some cheese to the baked crescent dough before adding the taco meat. And I make my taco meat with Garden Style taco sauce instead of water. Will be making this again!
