SOOOOO MOIST and DENSE!!!! This was so delicious!!! I made it parve/non-dairy - so used toffuti cream cheese instead of regular creamcheese. I used Earth's Balance Margarine in place of the butter I increased the vanilla to 2.5 tsps. I took other's advice and made an attempt at adding nondairy 1/4 cup buttermilk - by using 1 tbsp lemonjuice and added soy milk to make that into 1/4 cup. I poured 1/2 the batter into the bunt pan, added about 12-15 chopped nondairy oreos, and poured the remaining batter on top. Baked for about 1hour, 10 minutes (maybe will do 5 minutes less next time). When cooled, flipped ity out and drizzled a nondairy cream cheese frosting on top and sprinkled it with chopped oreo's - the cake was finished in just minutes of serving it!!!
