Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2010
I have made this recipe several times. Always comes out perfect. I don't see how anybody can say anything negative. Easy to follow. Ingredients you probably have on hand. A few things I learned from the reviews is using eggs at room temperature and letting it cook a tad longer on the cookie sheet after you remove them from the oven. I added a hand full of pecans. Yummy!

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
I followed the recipe exactly as listed. Flavor was good and the cheesecake and chocolate chips where a nice combo. Not to sweet and my husband loved them. After cooking them I immediately put them in the fridge and let them cool and then cut them. No issues with texture and they cut well.

Apple Pie I

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
Great recipe. First time for me to make apple pie from scratch. I don't think I had a deep enough pan because with the filling I was able to make two pies. This one impressed my inlaws. They took one of the pies home. EASY and yummy....definitely I do again recipe.

Pastry for Single-Crust Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
Easy recipe. Tasted great and really easy. I did use butter flavored crisco shortening and it tasted wonderful. I also used on a quiche instead of a dessert pie. Yum!

Spinach Bacon Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
Excellent texture and taste was wonderful. I didn't use onions, I used onion powder instead. I also used mozzarella instead of cheddar cheese. I also did as previous reviews and used 1 1/4 cup vrs 2 cup. I highly recommend. This was my first quiche and my husband ate most of it (all in one day)
