French Silk Chocolate Pie I

French Silk Chocolate Pie I

LOVED!! Thanks to other users it is very important to double the batch for a full pie. The chocolate mixuture I didnt let it cool too much just until it was luke warm that way the sugar disolved alot better. My pie was not grainy just perfect. The topping is a no brainer, Heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar to your liking (sweetness)in the kitchen Aid or any type of mixer...Perfect...a little milk chocolate candy bar shavings to top it off.

Photography Notes: For being as new as I am, I did not (do now) have a pie container:( I never imagined myself making a pie of any kind but see many more to come!! Just to let everyone know my fiance melted with every bite!! My dad and my mom, well we will just say MORE, MORE, MORE!
