Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

This is one of my new favorite recipes. The only thing the needs changing is the pasta to sausage ratio. If you make it with the suggested pasta amount you need to double the kielbasa. I also like to fry the noodles until they get a little crispy. Great dish. Now if I could only get my kids to like sauerkraut!

Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy

I didn't really like this recipe. The burgers were very soft and ketchup gravy wasn't all that. This reminded me of meatloaf so I would choose meatloaf over these burgers.

Ham Fried Rice

This is a very good recipe with more spice and flavor than just soy sauce. I love ham in fried rice and don't understand why restaurants don't use it in their fried rice.

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

My family loved this dish and it was very easy to make. The bread stuffing mix added great texture and flavor. This is definitely one of our new family favorites.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

This was the first egggnog I have ever made so I don't really have anything to compare it to. It tasted very good and was easy to make. After I drank a glass of it I was so full I was unable to eat or drink anything else for a couple hours.
