I am frustrated. A year or so ago I was able to take recipes from my recipe box and upload them into a custom cookbook. I cannot for the life of me see how I can do that again. I really dont want to print 121 recipes and put them in a folder. Help?!!! MORE

About this Cook
I have close to 13 cook books and at this point, can't use any of them. I found out I am allergic to corn, soy, rice, beans, nuts, tree nuts, garlic, mustard, and sweet potatoes. Being Puerto Rican, this allergy thing is a cruel ethnic joke since I can no longer eat rice, beans, and garlic. I like this website bcs you can do an ingredient search for things you do not want!

Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Very bland and had a funny after taste. My kids were excited bcs they smelled so good but couldnt finish one. Sorry, will not make again.

Soy Sauce Substitute
Perfect! I substitute beef broth for water and omitted the bouillon- alot of organic bouillon still has allergens. I also used red wine vinegar instead of balsamic since that is what I had in the cupboard. It smells atrocious when cooking but works well as a soy sauce AND Worcheshire sauce substitute.

Taco Seasoning I
I LOVE THIS! I have alot of food allergies and cannot eat packaged mix any more. I substituted freeze dried chives for garlic since I am allergic to garlic. Also put 2 tsp of arrowroot starch in the mix- also allergic to corn.
