Banana Banana Bread

I did not care for this recipe. I even added some cinnamon for more flavor, but it was still bland. the only flavor we tasted was salt.

Definitely easy- I used 2t Pampered Chef's Cinnamon Plus spice instead of the individual spices listed. They were tasty, but even though cooked 35-40 minutes, they still had a raw batter feel/taste when cooled and cut.

PHILLY Brownie Cheesecake

Delicious! Very easy to make- the brownies were soft and the cheesecake layer was very tasty. I melted chocolate chips and drizzled over the top, instead of the chocolate bars. I also make it a day ahead and it was great.
