Really good recipe! I love fish cooked pretty much in any way and me and my husband really enjoyed this one, but with a few changes, and that's why i didn't give it 5 stars. I followed some of the other reviewer's suggestions, less salt (half the amount), more lemon (3tbsp), 2tbsp of olive oil and 1 of butter (perfect amount) used 2 teaspoons of dry parsley cause i didn't have it fresh, and didn't add dill as other reviewers suggested because i didn't have any. As far as taste goes, excellent, but i cooked our fish (2 40z fillets) for 20 minutes (15 covered and 5 uncovered) and they were way too cooked for us... Maybe with 6oz fillets it would have been fine, i would still try a little less, but i do like the uncovering the fish for the last few minutes in the broiler because it cooks the garlic on top and everything has a better color. I made bowtie pasta and cooked it with some green beans (cut into small pieces 1/2 inch) and a couple of cubes of chicken bouillon, and when this was cooked, i drained the water, added some butter and lemon juice, and served the fish on top of the pasta, with the "sauce" from the fish all over. We really really enjoyed it aside from the fact that it was somewhat overcooked, and we thought it would be real good also with some asparagus instead of the green beans (didn't have them).
