Chef John's Empty Mayo Jar Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2013
I learned to do this years ago from my parents who were in the depression. I still do it and now I have tried your ingredients and everything worked out perfect. Thanks for giving me a change in pace. 5 STARS 4 U. p.s. I never throw pickle juice away. Also helps to make a great dressing.

Easy Bake Fish

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2012
I made this delicious dish today. I usually do not look at too many recipes for fish as I have a standard way of doing mine, which is very simple. I thought why not, looks good. WOW! It turned out to be the perfect dish. I did add ½ teaspoon of dill seed. I will make it again for sure and pay more attention to other recipes for fish. Thanks for keeping me humble. LOL

Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2010
I wanted to rate this with 5 stars. It is a very good recipe, however, the one thing I would caution against is the use of the beer can. Due to many countries importing and exporting metals, and not knowing if lead could exist in the can, I would like to suggest using a container, which is oven safe for the beer. The labeling on the can could also carry toxins in the paint used to decorate or advertise. I have found small oven safe bowls for this purpose, and they do come in handy for other uses as well.
