This is a great recipe! It makes a good, quick, inexpensive gift for teachers, neighbors, etc. It is also something nice to bring to parties or set out when unexpected guests drop by. I make it in lots of different varieties, from butterscotch to white chocolate, and I mix in all kinds of things to make it more interesting. My family's favorite varieties are peanuts & raisins, peanuts & marshmallows, oreos & white chocolate and white chocolate & crushed peppermint. Mix in the candies at the end and then refrigerate. One more thing. Rachel Ray was on Oprah recently and she made a recipe like this one but she made it in the shape of a wreath. I tried it that way (used a jello mold) and it came out fabulous! It was my gift to each of my neighbors.

This is my favorite party dip and everyone else loves it too! I always use canned chicken breast to save some time. It is just as good as fresh chicken in this recipe and it is easier to break up. I also add a few dashes of chili powder and omit the jalapeños because I'm not a fan. When I mix the ingedients together, I use a hand mixer. It breaks up the big chunks of chicken and really helps blend everything together nicely. Excellent party dish! Serve with Tostitos.

This is one of my family's favorite dishes! Every holiday, they all request this casserole and anytime I take it to a dinner or potluck I am bombarded with requests for the recipe! I follow the recipe exactly, using corn bread mix and low-fat sour cream to make it a little less sinful. It comes out perfect everytime. The ONLY change that I would recommend to this recipe is that you leave it in the oven a little bit longer than 30 minutes before sprinkling on the cheese. It is usually not firm in the middle after only 30 minutes. I leave it in about 40-45 and then pop it back in to melt the cheese. Otherwise, absolutely perfect!

I made this punch for my grandfather's 80th birthday party and everyone loved it! I followed the recipe exactly and used a freshly squeezed lemon where it called for lemon juice. I also made a beautiful ice ring out of some extra peach nectar. I froze maraschino cherries and lemon slices into the mold. It was a huge hit!
