Perfect. I found it incredibly difficult to find a recipe for REAL homemade bread on this site(no machine). This was the first time I have ever made bread, and I am super thrilled!! Very moist with just the right amount of sweet, I will definately make this again!!

No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies

First time I made them they were very chewy, and didn't set properly. So the second time around I put the batter in a pan and made them like fudge, very yummy. I will definately make them again. (Also, my boyfriend hates cookies, but he ate most of these and was sure to tell me to make them again).

Banana Banana Bread

This was a good start to the muffins I've been just dieing to make. I added cranberries, chopped walnuts and put the mixture in a muffin tin and cooked until done. They were great. Thank for a good beggining to my cranberry-banana-walnut muffins!!

Oatmeal Cocoa Macaroons

The first time I made these they came out great. PERFECT. The second time they wouldn't mix properly and all I got was chocolate granola. I believe I boiled the sugar/milk mixture too much. So be careful not to over do it!! My mother tells me to bring it to a boil three times, so I think I'll do that next time.

Cabbage Roll Casserole

I am a cabbage roll lover, but I hate the time it takes to make them. So this was a perfect recipe for me. I did add a couple of ingredients (oregano and basil) since that is how I've always made my cabbage rolls. It came out delicious. I will never take the time to make rolls again!! haha

Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

Very good cookies, but not as soft as I hoped. But I can say, they were just as my grandma used to make. I will probably try another soft peanut butter cookie recipe next time.

Pecan Snack

YUM! I didnt have any pecans so i uded walnuts instead. These were sweet and salty just as I was hoping. My boyfriend tried them and said he didn't like it at first, then continued to eat the entire batch. Next time I will use pecans, and I know they will be so much better.

Indian Saffron Rice

This was the first time I had used saffron in a recipe. I did change the ingredients i must admit. I added chicken oxo to the rice, and also mushrooms while it cooked. I think otherwise it would have been a bit bland. Very good witht he additions, and i will definately make it again.

Brie and Mushroom Phyllo Puffs

These were absolutely delicious! I have never worked with phyllo before, so that was a bit of a challenge. I didn't wrap the appetizers as directed, instead I placed the mushroom mixture and brie in the center of a square of phyllo, then brouth it together at the top and pinched closed. But they turned out great. Time consuming, as was expected, but worth the effort.
