Sonny's Tater Tot Casserole

This wasn't bad at all! I noticed a few ppl saying it was missing something, so I added some diced green chilis to the mix and it gave it a little pop that it seemed to need. Also added a bit of garlic powder and omitted the mushrooms (not a fan). Was a great lunch-my 4 and 2 year olds cleaned their plates!

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Like many of you on here I LOVE this..started making it about a year ago but just started updating it a bit! I fry mine a bit to get that crunchy chimi texture right when taking them out of the oven. I also replace the green peppers with green chilis. Also,a local restaurant serves these with this queso I tried a bit of Pace's 4 cheese on top...AMAZING!!Not the healthiest,but its so worth it!
