This is a SUPERB recipe! It's soooo GOOD! Everybody loves it in our house. My boyfriend keeps on requesting this recipe and her sister told me it's the best apple pie she ever tasted! Thank you so much for this great recipe. I love it!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

This cookie is one of the BEST! It's so soft and chewy (just the way i like it). It's sooo tasty. I just added another 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and the result is VERY GOOD. My boyfriend, who is fond of chocolate cookies and not of peanut butter, can't believe on how he loves these cookies! I think i can just sit and eat this all alone.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

This is soooooooo yummy! I made it when we had a trip and it's all gone in a snap! My former boss said it's delicious. I followed the other reviewers suggestion to add another 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. I soaked the raisins in a hot water for 20 mins to plump it. I just used quick cooking oats and it still came out great! thanks for the recipe.
