Classic Thanksgiving Dressing With Parsley, Sage and Thyme
I've never made a stuffing like this before, and it was loved by all! I used fresh pumpkin crusty bread, which gave the dish an extra kick of flavor. Vegetable stock worked like a charm, and I also added a clove of crushed garlic. I used cilantro instead of parsley (not a fan) and made sure to go heavy on the herbs. Loved by vegetarians and meat eaters alike. We didn't have any leftovers!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
Delicious and so easy! I used mulberry jam and sprinkled it with chocolate morsels. They were glorious and didn't last long! Make sure you let them cool completely and you won't have any problems with them crumbling. Also, make sure to line the pan with foil to avoid burning. A great dessert for any occasion!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
I just served this dish to a bunch of Australians who had never had sweet potatoes in a casserole before and they loved it! I baked the potatoes for 1 1/2 hours and they were the perfect consistency. For those looking for a less sugary version, I just mixed a little milk in with the potatoes. Sweet potatoes are already so sweet, you really don't need to add much to them. I doubled the topping and covered the entire thing with it. Delicious!
