Sooo good! Used all butter instead of margarine, and mixed choc, white choc, and butterscotch chips. Added red/green M&Ms for christmas - loved them!

Pepperoni Rolls

4.5 stars. I've made these a few times now. Adding cheese is a must, in my view! Hubby requested more pepperoni. I brushed finished rolls w/ egg white wash and sprinkled a little italian seasonings also. Still want to try with whole wheat flour - next time!

Absolutely fantastic! Used half & half instead of heavy cream, but will try heavy cream next time. Cooked bacon separately and added at end. Excellent!!!

Italian Chicken Skillet

This was fantastic! Used a Merlot wine, can crushed tomatoes, and penne pasta b/c that's what I had on hand. Doubled the garlic and added a little fresh basil. Will add mushrooms next time. excellent!

Chicken Wing Dip

Very good! I used three boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled for about 25 min. then shredded after cooling. Took to a round up party, with whole grain tostidos - went over very well!

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Fantastic! Made as written, no changes. Shredded the zucchini in food processor, and thought it looked a bit stringy, but turned out great! My 5 y/o didn't even know it was there. Tastes great warm, even better next day.

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

Excellent! DH says it is like his fav dish at Macaroni Grill. Used "easy pesto" recipe from this site, half & half instead of heavy cream, and added sundried tomatoes and pine nuts. Yummmmy!
