Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
This was delicious. I breaded the chicken in whole wheat flower and a dash of salt and pepper. Next, I pan fried it in about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. After that, I doubled the sauce and simmered the chicken in it until done. I sprinkled sesame seeds on the chicken. The hot sauce I used was the one in the cylindrical jar with the red top and the rooster on it. Not sriracha. More like a chili paste. It was spicy--too spicy for our kids, but fine for us. I used only 2 teaspoons of this hot sauce. DELICIOUS!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
My husband and I really enjoyed the entire recipe, and our children enjoyed the chicken without the sauce and the sauce over spaghetti. I will make it again.

Amish Macaroni Salad
Amazing flavor. My husband told me he would eat the entire recipe (doubled) before we get to our Easter party. I used half whole wheat elbows and half rotini. I cut the sugar to a smidge less than 1/2 cup. I used Kraft mayonnaise, since what is suggested has no place in our life. I was rather generous with the celery seed, vinegar, and relish--heaping the spoons but not going absolutely overboard. I would love to make this a few times a month and eat it for lunch for an entire week. Delicious.
