Baby Back Ribs

Made these with a dry rub. Marinaded overnight, then baked at 250 for 4 hours. Grilled about 5 minutes per side. They totally fell off the bone. Will never use another recipe!

Made this for St. Pat's day dinner with a corned beef cooked in the crock pot. I changed a couple of things...my daughter is very allergic to potatoes. She can't even be in the house when I cook them... So I used a package of Simply Potatoes mashed. They worked great. I did everything else according to the recipe. Made them ahead, placed in casserole and heated in oven when we were ready to eat. Everyone loved them. Has anyone tried them with a little cheese on top? Might be tasty! Thanks for a great recipe.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Tried this recipe for company. I received rave reviews. Even my very picky 14 year old asked for seconds. We had it for leftovers the next night and he wanted seconds again. Made double sauce as was suggested by others. Will make it again!!
