first time making muffins from scratch versus the box. It was so quick and easy. I had most of the ingredients on hand, I didn't have yogurt so I subbed with sour cream. Light and not too sweet. I mixed the bananas into the wet mixture, then folded the wet mix and half the chips with my rubber spatula into my dry mix until just moistened. (you can freeze mashed/peeled overipe bananas in one cup portions and thaw to use for muffins at a later time) after putting into muffin pan, I sprinkled each with remaining chips. I used regular chips and the ones on top stayed on top during baking, keeping them pretty. I will DEFINITELY make these again. My boys, 4,7,39, and one inutero baby all enjoyed them.
