Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2013
Great recipe. I used other reviewers suggestions and reduced the salt to just 2 tsp total, next time I will use even less. I also ommited jalepeno peppers since my family doesnt like spicy and broiled the chicken in the oven for 5-10 min instead of the grill (Its snowing here)

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2007
Came out very mushy. I wish I had used a mixer, then it may have come out different. I will be using a different recipe. Few weeks later: I tried this recipe again, this time i baked the potatoes in the microwave to save time (about 4 minutes each side) and then i spooned out the inside, this time i made sure to spoon out all the way to the skin. (potato guts came out easier) I mixed all the ingredients as directed. The mixture alone was sooo good, i could barely stop myself from eating it. After baking, they came out perfect...Glad I gave them a second chance.

Chicken Scampi I

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
I love this recipe. I only added one thing, a half bag of frozen peppers, but other than that, it was excellent the way it was. I made twice as much sauce and used the remaining sauce to flavor the thin spaghetti (vermicelli). The noodle alone were good!!!

Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this recipe. I did as other users suggested and mixed all the chicken with the alfredo sauce. I put a little sauce at the bottom, then went noodles, sauce mixture, cheese, ricotta mixture, repeat. I also used chopped broccoli instead of spinach. Will definitely make again.

The Best Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
My boyfriend loved these!! I made them for a football party and they were gone before I knew it. I saved the sauce to make with something else. I also baked them like another user suggested...will do again.

I have 2 words per-fect!!! I was about to skip it and buy marinara sauce, but luckily I didn't!!! I did as other users suggested and added another 1/2 garlic clove, and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. next time i will buy diced tomatoes to cut out the processing part.

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2008
I was very skeptical having not ever tried this beer batter fish. let alone cooking it myself, but I will say, it was great! My fiance and son enjoyed it, and we had enough left over for fish sandwiches the next day. Next time (very soon) I will add more seasoning to the fish first.

This was amazing. I marinated the pork loins over night. I didnt have the pepper paste, so I used 1/2 wasabi paste. It came out great. I served with white rice

Awesome Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
Never tried this before, but my son and husband thought it was a hit!!!! I only used half the recommended amounts on the sour cream and the amount of onion. The only things I would change is add more cheddar cheese to the mixture and break the stuffing mix up more.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2008
I used cod fillets for this recipe and they came out pretty good. I ate them on my salad for lunch the next day. yum. I think next time I will rinse the fish under warm water as the butter coagulated when I brushed the fish. And I would use less cayenne pepper/salt, as my 4 year old and fiance could not eat this dish. I also had plenty of season mix left, so maybe i will cut that part by a 1/3 next time.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2013
Good thing I tried the recipe out before my big cookout. My husband was so disappointed I made these he didnt even finish and ate a bowl of cereal instead. Adding the bread cumbs was the worst idea ever. I thought at 4.5 stars they would be a hit, DISSAPPOINTED

Easy Garlic-Lemon Scallops

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
This was ok. Too much butter for my taste, and the "sauce" poured over after was inconsistent and gritty. My boyfriend complained about it (which he NEVER does) NExt time, I'll go with a more simple recipe, but how much simpler can it get..
