I've been following this recipe for a long time now and my family LOVES them. I've always bombed at frying potatoes on the stovetop but this recipe gets raves from hubby and kids. I cheat and use seasoned salt and olive oil (and sometimes a drop or two of basalmic vinegar). They turn out great every time. THANK YOU so much for teaching me how to make "fried" potatoes!

Meatball Nirvana

THE BEST! A staple in my house! I make these a lot and use either crushed up Ritz crackers or Croutons since I always seem to have them open in my pantry.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

This is very yummy- 5 stars from my family. Only changes I made were done so because of convenience... I used honey dijon mustard and fresh bacon bits which I put on top of the chicken before baking (because I didn't read the directions properly!). Thanks for the great share!

Luscious Buttercream Frosting

Yum! This is a great, fast and easy icing recipe. Like previous reviewers, it's not a thick enough consistency to sit real pretty on a cake, but if you are icing cupcakes, the top of a cake inside a pan, cookies, etc, this is great. Very sweet. Thanks!
