Tofu Lasagna

Band! It needs onion and a lot more veggies and more garlic. I would also add more sauce and seasoning. However, it is a great start to a tofu veggie lasagna. I would not serve this to guests as is though.

Christmas Morning Pie

Used homemade venison sage sausage. Used all cheddar instead of swiss. Added tomatoes and mushrooms. Green pepper only (no red pepper). Added an extra egg and a little more milk. DELICIOUS!!

Honey Glazed Carrots

Yum! I boiled carrots first and then cooked them in the skillet with all the rest of the ingredients. Substituted Karo dark syrup for honey and estimated ingredients, but awesome! And I do not even like carrots!!

Baked Chicken Nuggets

i would make nuggets a little smaller. used fresh bread crumbs and dried herbs from my garden -- delicious! may also use some egg in teh butter to see if the bread crumbs stick better and maybe brown more

Spaghetti with White Clam Sauce

I used frozen clams from seaside, so the salt water that I included made this dish way too salty. I'll have to adjust that next time, but the flavor was good other than that.
