Just Like Wendy's® Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2013
Made this last night for dinner and it was excellent! Followed the directions as written and my DH said it was the best chili I've ever made. Have already saved in my recipe box and will be my go to recipe from now on. Thanks for posting.

Homemade Apple Cider

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2013
Am I missing something. This tasted nothing like cider. I used 20 apples(a mixture) and still pretty tasteless. I will not make this again and now am trying to figure out what I can do with this mess. Sorry.

I love grilled peaches and these were great. Next time try Texas Pete's Buffalo Wing Sauce, they are to die for!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2012
We always had gren bean casserole growing up but my Mom added cooked ground sausage. Made it extra special. If yours is too soupy then you have added too much milk. reduce the amount andadd the sausage and you will have a creammy, yummy side dish!

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2011
Yummy! Just finished a batch of these delightful little muffins and couldn't wait for them to cool before trying one. Our church has an annual bake sale and I will be making these to take. Quick and easy recipe. I only dipped the tops in melted butter and sugar mixture and that was plenty of sweetness. Thnaks for a great recipe.

Easy Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
I usually only rate a recipe if I have followed the original exactly the first time but I had a pork tenderloin that I needed to cook and I found this recipe. I didn't have any honey mustard so I subbbed with a TBS. of brown sugar and coarse ground mustard. Followed someone else advise and cooked at 400 for 15 min. and then lower temp and cooked 30 min. Tented with foil and let rest for 10 min. Turned out very moist but I thought it was a little salty. Next time will use low-sodium soy sauce. Much better the next day sliced thin and served on hoagie rolls with coleslaw.

Stuffed Chicken Valentino

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2010
Loved this recipe! The only thing I do differently is to spread the chicken breasts with a tablespoon each of pesto before putiing on the red peppers and cheese. I also used an oven prood skillet and browned them on the stove top before putting them in the oven, thus eliminating the broiling. Will be making these many times. Thanks.
