Unbeatable!! Delicious!! There are not enough adjectives to describe how delicious this cake is and so very, very easy!! This cake will impress your family and friends! I made it as described and made the mistake of cutting a small sliver of cake to taste; found that I could have eaten the entire cake in one sitting!! Next time I will try to vanilla pudding instead of lemon but just can't imagine anything better tasting!

Almond Rhubarb Coffee Cake

Delicious and easy. I followed the directions exactly and was thankful the recipe made two coffee cakes. The almond streusel topping is delicious and really dressd up these cakes.

Red Velvet Cookies

Delicious and easy. I followed the recipe as written except used the Andes peppermint chips as a topping instead of nuts, just for a Christmas touch. This will be a repeat for me; I plan to use the recipe over and over. Makes a dressy cookie for gifts, too.

Jimmy Dean Sausage Cheese Balls

My family loves this recipe and I've made it over and over again, as is, except if you want a little more kick to it, just by the spicier sausage. Very easy to throw some of them into a freezer bag, thaw and bake when you are ready. A repeat for sure!

Great Pimento Cheese

The first batch I made with the white onion and thought it was way too strong. The second batch, I added a bunch of green onions, chopped. This recipe goes together in about 5 minutes and it is absolutely delicious. I took it to a work function and it received many raves and requests for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Pheasant with Mushrooms and Olives

Absolutely delicious; easy to put together (after the pheasants are cleaned and cut up). The sauce produced the most tantalizing smells throughout the house and it tasted just as good. The pheasant was very tender, moist and flavorful.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

The absolutely best soup; very rich and yummy. I followed several reviews and added a little stuffing, a little rice and a little pasta. Didn't have any fat-free half and half and cut back a little bit on the butter. The crusty french bread which someone suggested was a great idea. My husband doesn't usually like cream-based soups but he has had two big bowls of it and I just made it last night. A winner!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

I just made this recipe last week; was looking for something to do with a pork tenderloin and came across this recipe. Very easy and very yummy! Since there are only two of us, there were leftovers; but not for long! A repeat for sure!

Kona Chicken

So easy and so delicious. I used a whole cut-up chicken and while cooking the 4 hours on high, the house was filled with the most wonderful aroma. With a lot of restraint, I did not eat the entire chicken myself; it tasted so wonderful, I believe I could have. My husband raved about it and asked that the recipe be put into the "use again soon" category.
