Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Perfect! I have made this twice in the last week, once for an office potluck and once for Sunday Football, and both times it was a hit! I, too, was nervous about adding the root beer, but for some strange reason it works. Only change I made was adding some kosher salt, cracked black pepper, and minced sweet onions before adding the sauce. Oh, and I doubled the recipe both times; I used a a 4 lb. pork shoulder/butt, A&W root beer, and SBR bbq sauce. Thanks for sharing!

Peanut Butter Pie I
OMG I was in pie heaven when I ate this. I cheated and used a pre-made Oreo crust, but other than that, I followed this recipe to a tee. The only issue I had was that it was a little too sweet for my taste. But it still deserves 5 stars :) Thanks!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
I didn't realize how easy it was to make this dip! The only thing was that it was a little too salty for my taste, but that may be due to the fact that I had marinated artichokes and didn't account for the amount of salt in those puppies. Overall, thanks for the great recipe and I will be making this again soon!
