Adobo Chicken with Ginger

I used just chicken thighs instead of the whole chicken. It was just excellent! I've made a similar recipe several times before in the slow cooker, but this will definitely replace that dish. It was quick, easy, and delicious. Thanks, Liza

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

This was a really great recipe. I made it for a pot-luck last night, and it was a huge hit. The only complaint that I have is that it was not as saucy as I'd like. Next time, I'll leave out some of the pasta. I'm also going for more sun-dried tomatoes. Thanks, Damon!

Baked Sesame Chicken

I cut my chicken into small pieces, but I only used 2 chicken breasts for my husband and myself. It turned out a little dry, but I think it's because I did that. It had a great taste--I love soy sauce. Next time, I'm going to add 1 Tbsp. of terryaki sauce to the soy sauce. Thanks for the recipe!

Francisco's Blender Salsa

This salsa turned out pretty good, although I ended up with salsa paste. Next time, I think I'll watch how long I leave it in the blender! It does taste better after it's been in the fridge for a while, too. Thanks for the recipe!

Authentic Mexican Tortillas

These tortillas had a really good flavor. I used them to make enchiladas with "Mrs. Espy's Enchilada Sauce", which I strongly recommend. Thanks for the recipe, Jamie. I look forward to trying them again.

Artichoke Pie

I liked this dish a lot, especially since I've recently discovered that I love artichokes. I made this for our main course, though, and I think next time it will be a side dish. The only change I made in the original recipe is that I added 1 cup of half-and-half to the eggs. It turned out really well. Thanks for sharing, Lisa!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This is the best teriyaki chicken I've ever had. The sauce is wonderful! I plan on using this recipe again and again. Next time, I'll add some red pepper flakes to spice it up a little. I may even use the sauce over some sesame chicken. Thanks, Marian, for a great new recipe!

This is a pretty good recipe. I added some garlic powder to it and served it over rotini. It was very rich, though, so I might cut back on the cream cheese next time. Thanks for the recipe!

Arti-Cheesy Chicken
