Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle
About this Cook
I like to spice things up and try new things when it comes to cooking! However, my family has a bland palate that i am hoping to broaden. I have learned how to cook from my mom, recipes, and trial and error. I make Semi-homemade things like Sandra-lee and 30 minutes or less like Rachel Ray. Yes, I'm a food network addict!
My favorite things to cook
Some of my favorite foods are simple, fast, and easy foods like fish and tacos.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Polish foods like perogies.
My cooking triumphs
Some recipes that turned out great, I found on allrecipes! Including Perogies, Bacon-wrapped chicken, and the awesome Double chocolate mocha trifle (easy and sooooo good!).
My cooking tragedies
Always use sharp knives and easy to clean, bendable plastic cutting boards. Lots of salt to pots of water, and use the best freshest ingredients possible!

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
What a Easter Hit! Everyone raved about these and gobbled them up in a hurry! And they wanted the recipe and asked me to bring more on the next holiday too! The only things i changed (based on the other reviews) is that I used 1/2 the sugar in PB mix, and i used bittersweet chocolate for dipping. They were creamy (not crumbly) and still really sweet too! I drizzled white chocolate on top and pink or yellow sprinkles for a little Easter dazzle. Put them in colored cupcake papers and they are even cuter and easy to hand out! I recommend using good quality chocolate and peanut butter for these... It makes all the difference in the taste and texture! SEE MY PHOTO!

Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle
I made mine like DEBBIEDH... Except with Ghirardelli Toffee interlude bars because i couldn't find Scorr bars. I Love it! It has awesome flavors, fast and easy to make! I know it will be a hit on my Thanksgiving desert buffet! Check out my Picture of it!
