Coconut Shrimp I

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
WHOA!!! This is my favorite recipe from allrecipes so far. I did not make one change and this came out perfect. I found this recipe very simple. I had wonderful coconut shrimp at my wedding that guests raved about - but I think these are better! I can't wait to make it again. Thank you for this wonderful recipe I will be making this for dinner and parties for years to come.

Roasted Garlic Potato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
Although there wasn't anything wrong w/the recipe my husband and I did not love this. I think it had something to do w/the consistency. If I make it again I would try mashing it instead of blending it like some of the other reviewers. Other than trying that I wouldn't make it again.

Easy Corn Chowder II

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
This is one of my favorite recipes.. because of the ratio OF goodness to ease!! I leave out the celery just because my husband doesn't like it. This is his FAVORITE soup and craves it when he comes back from snow plowing! Thanks for this great recipe I can make so easily and quickly with stuff I already have in the house! I do normally use a little more potatoes than the recipe calls for which makes it a little bit thicker. I also sprinkle w/cheddar cheese.. SO AWESOME.. THIS IS THE BEST!!

Sourdough Chipotle Chicken Panini

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2009
I put down five stars because I didn't want to leave a bad review on the recipe since I did not really make it. However, I just wanted to say.. 83 grams of fat FOR A SANDWICH?? Not sure if anyone looking at this recipe who has made it noticed that but that is really insane!!! I just wanted to put this review here so that if you didn't see the nutritional facts on the side of the recipe you might see it here!!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2008
These are absolutely delicious! They are so so so so so good... I didn't have enough batter to make the whole pan for some reason. I had to go ahead and add an additional half of all of the ingredients to my mix. That just means more yumminess! Thanks for the unbelievable recipe!

Snickerdoodles III

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2008
PERFECTION! I decided on this recipe because I did not have any shortening and prefer butter. I am so happy with it! I have a basic gas stove and normally have A LOT of trouble w/cookies. It seems they always burn on the bottom and don't cook on top. I cooked these on 350 for 8 minutes and they came out EXCELLENT! I always made these as a kid so it brought me back. I think this is a better recipe then I used to use. My husband had never even heard of snickerdoodles and now he keeps telling me.. I LIKE THOSE SNICKERDOODLES! Thanks for the great recipe :)

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2007
Unbelievably good!! I tried making a lemon meringue pie last year (I am a newlywed and my husband would starve w/out this site) and it just did not work out! This recipe was easy to follow and the end product was amazing! I used one of the reviews to help me w/the meringue. Even though I have a kitchen aid I could not get it to form peaks. I added the 1/4tsp cream of tarter and 1/4 tsp vanilla and what do you know.. PEAKS FORMED! Thanks so much Grandma! I will be making this pie for my family for years to come :)
