Peanut Butter Bars I
These are so good and so easy! I made a plate of them for a church function and they were gone in seconds. My husband and kids keep asking when I am going to make them again and leave them at home this time! They make great desserts for school lunch boxes.

Tres Leches III
My daughter and I made this as a project for her Spanish class. I have only ever had Tres Leches at a restaraunt before and this seemed very yummy to me! It definitely tastes better the next day after the milks have had time to soak in. I was dense and a tiny bit eggy but it seemed to work. I might try a different recipe next time just to experiment but I am saving this one in my recipe box!

Summer Vegetable Ratatouille
I love this recipe. It is the recipe that got me hooked on allrecipes.com! I make this every year and even plant my garden according to what I'll need for my yearly batch! I am the only one in my house who will eat it but that is fine by me! I use more tomatoes then is called for and probably a little more oil. Olive oil is good for you! It really makes a nice broth on it's own without adding any extra. I like to eat it over angel hair pasta and sometimes add some grilled chicken. It freezes wonderfully so I can enjoy it all year long! Thanks so much for posting it.
