INCREDIBLE Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2012
Super easy to make & taste great! Like others, I couldn't find any raspberry chips, but my store did carry cherry chips, which worked great. I also added some chopped hazelnuts to the last few I baked & it made a great addition. If you can catch these ingredients on sale, these are fairly inexpensive to make as well...my local store had a great price on the cream cheese & cookie mix today, I already had eggs in the fridge, so the most expensive part of the recipe was the cherry chips.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2011
Love it!! After reading other reviews, I opted for the Bailey's instead of coffee liqueur, I can imagine it would be great with other flavors as well. Also used the mini chocolate chips. My oven tends to run a little hot, so I baked it about 55 minutes instead of 60. Super moist & delicious!

I had some technical difficulties when my "shaker" unexpectedly opened mid-shake & coated my kitchen with the dressing, BUT what remained for me to try was yummy! I love the vinegary-ness of this dressing. I used EVOO, and I did half the recipe because I just didn't need that much at one time. Will definitely make again!

Grilled Pizza Wraps

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
A certain restaurant that makes you Thank Goodness It's Friday used to have something on the menu called Pizzadillas - I absolutely loved them & of course, they didn't stay on the menu. It's good to be able to try to replicate them at home!! I love how versatile these can be - there are endless varieties depending on your personal tastes!

Easy Strawberry Lemonade

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
I couldn't find a 10 ounce package of frozen strawberries, but no worries...I got a 24 ounce container of sliced, sweetened strawberries & pureed them in the blender once they were slightly thawed. I split the puree between 2 batches of lemonade, and it got rave reviews at our house! We actually used the pink lemonade concentrate...tasted amazing!

Pretzel Turtles®

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
Yummy and so easy to make! My 8 year old helped make them and eat them! We used Rold Gold Holiday shaped pretzels. The trees, bells & stars worked well. I toasted my pecans like another reviewer suggested and they were delicious. Will definitely save this one to make again!
