Used BROWN sugar not white, added 1/4 teas. cinnamon and nutmeg, used condensed milk, left out butter and flour completely from the topping. RAVE reviews. not a speck left.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

I USE THE ORIGINAL RECIPE THEN MAKE CHANGES if it is that good - this makes FAR too little sauce, although very tasty, and half my roast stuck to the glass pan I used. With several CHANGES, I may make something similar to this again - expensive to make. Not even close to "Bourgignon", sorry.

Served over rice, nice thick gravy, tender and delicious. I used a tri-tip roast sliced up only because I did not have sirloin. Even better left over.

Italian-Style Pasta Toss

On super hot summer days, these are the type of meals that fill you up and cool you down - VERY very good. I prefer making it in the morning, and putting it in the fridge until dinner. All you need is some good french bread and butter, and VOILA!

VERY good - even my picky never eat veggies daughter really liked it. We had this with Armenian Rice Pilaf (recipe here too) and fried breaded just pulled FRESH out of the Bay Abalone steaks - to DIE for.
