Parmesan Spinach Balls

first of all this should be classified as a 15 minute meal, not 30. It's so quick and easy!! Wow...there is so much flavor. I would, however, have added a little more cheese, just my personal taste. Oh, and I used penne since I didn't have any spaghetti in the house.

Spicy Chicken Breasts

I didn't have the pepper so I made a similar rub using al of the ingredient and cumin. I also made the chicken in the frying pan using a little olive oil and some white wine vinegar. I rubbed the chicken with the spices and saved a little of it to sprinkle on the bottom of the frying pan with the oil. While one side of the chicken cooked, for about 6 minutes I sprinkled some of the white wine vinegar and some low salt adobe on the top, then i flipped it over and repeated. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful and my extremely picky boyfriend loved it too. He was almost licking the plate.
